Once upon a time, I decided that I wanted to be the best me I could be. I knew that not everything would be in my control, but I was going to put my best foot forward and change what I could by working out, eating right, and wearing a smile. My fitness journey has been a long one with many ups and downs, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
My name is Steph and I’m a 25-year-old mover and shaker. I grew up in the midwest, studied and lived in the lone star state, and now I’ve somehow ended up in the northeast.
Along the way, I’ve realized that the key to fitness is education and I’m all about lifelong learning. Because of this, I’m constantly reading up on the latest fitness trends and using my background knowledge as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer to assess them and give my viewpoints.
In addition to being a personal trainer, I’m an avid runner, Spinning Instructor, yoga struggler, sweat lover, and overall gymrat.
When I’m not being a fitness fanatic, I am classically trained opera singer turned technology consultant. So, you could say I have a lot of different interests.
When I’m not spending time at the gym, 99.9% of my time not spent working is devoted to my nugget of a dog/running buddy when she feels like it, Boo.
