It all begins. I decided to start documenting my fitness journey on a whim. I have been a big proponent of healthy living since I was about 16 years old. I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs along the way and decided that now was as good a time as any to start jotting it all down so I can help people who have questions, need advice, or just want some tips get all the facts and info they need to successfully get fitter and enjoy working out.
